Cancellation Policy: We understand that things come up at the last minute that may prevent you from making it to your appointment. However the time scheduled for you is exclusively yours. As a result, the courtesy of 24 hrs notice for canceling or rescheduling an appointment is required. As a self employed practitioner, time loss = income loss. With less than 24 hrs, we are not afforded adequate time to rebook that slot. These will elicit a $35 charge. Corporate Massages and services of 2 hours or more will require a deposit and a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancelation. Non compliance will incur 50% of service charge. Our normal 24/48 hour cancellation policy does not apply in an inclement weather situation. We will respect any request to reschedule an appointment even if we have decided to open for the day. If we feel it is unsafe to come to work we will need to reschedule your appointment. Check our website or Facebook page for closing or delayed opening updates.
No Call/Show: No call/no shows will be charged the full cost of service. Prepayment will be a requirement for any No call/no show client in order to be eligible to book future services. We reserve the right to refuse service.
Late Arrivals: Please call us if you know that you are going to be late for your appointment. We will do everything we can to be able to give you the service you have booked. However, if you are more than 10 minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment and it will be considered a late cancellation and subject to cancellation fee or we may reduce the amount of time for your service. This will be determined at the sole discretion of The Touch 4 Health & Wellness, LLC.
Children Policy: We love children… and grandchildren. However, we ask that you make child care arrangements and not bring children to your appointment. Please respect this policy, and accept our appreciation for your understanding.
Gift Certificates/Gift cards: Gift Certificates/cards cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable. The value of a gift certificate will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, altered or used without your permission. Gift certificates must be presented at time of service.
Series of Treatments: We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any treatment series that are purchased. We will, however, exchange them for other products or store credit of equal value.
Refunds: Services received cannot be refunded. Gift certificates are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and have no cash value. Opened products are non-refundable. We will exchange any products within 14 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. Unfortunately we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. A store credit will be provided for any returned products to be used on any other products or services available here at The Touch 4 Health & Wellness, LLC.
Payment: We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, Samsung and Apple Pay. For checks there is a $35.00 return check fee.
As professionals, we reserve the right to refuse service.
